GE Concord 4 System

If you watch my YouTube channel, you may have discovered that I have installed a GE Concord 4 security and fire system in my home. If you have any questions, comments, or requests, you may post on my forums in the Concord 4 section.

The Concord 4 is an all-in-one residential/commercial fire & burglary panel with hardwired and wireless sensor capability and smart-home and IoT compatibility.

My panel is a GE 600-1021-95R-ADT (I don't know what the difference is between the 600-1021-95R and the 600-1021-95R-ADT, but that's the model number. Probably something to do with the fact that this was an ADT panel.), also known as the GE Concord 4. My panel is equipped with version 4.5 of the Concord firmware. I have had it since May 20, 2016, but it's been protecting the house since I believe 2011. Before then, there was a different Concord installed, which I can only guess was a Concord 3 or a Concord Express, which had been on service since at least 2002. As you can see, I've known only the GE Concord since 2004. Now, I have my own Concord 4, the same one that previously protected the house until we switched monitoring companies and a Honeywell Vista 20-P took its place.

I estimate my entire system and collection to be worth $2400.

[T (typically 135°F fixed thermistors)]

B (unknown)
[B (I believe this means that the detector is base-wired.)]

Ex: 4wta-b

4 (Wire)
[2 (2-wire), 4 (4-wire)]

W (unknown)
[W (I think this may be part of the first field, like "2w" or "4w" or it could mean the detector is white...?)]

T (thermal)

A (unknown)
[A (I believe this stands for annunciator. It has a built-in sounder.)]
